The Socks are manufactured with finest mercerised or combed cotton from most reputed mills of India plated with lycra or spandex, for extra comfort durability & stretch. Special yarns are also used. Such as “Anti-Microbials” for bacteria and fungus resistance “Lurex”, for shining effect “Super Wash Wool” for smooth & softer feel, “Bouclet” for raised effect etc. The yarns used are not only AZO free but free from any harmfull chemicals. The Socks are pre washed and treated with special enzymes for bio polishing, for softer feel and for better moisture absorption. There is a special emphasis on quality at all stages of production. KNITTING FALITIES

At their ultra modern factories at Jaipur, Tusaldah Limited (Formerly known as High Street Filatex Limited) has installed fully electronic circular knitting machines mainly from Sangiacomo Italy & the unit is having machines with needles ranging from 108 N to 200N Dia 3 ¼ to 4” (Plain & Terry both)

Tusaldah Limited (Formerly known as High Street Filatex Limited) is having largest installation of Italia machines presently 131 & the 3rd factory with 79 machines would be operational from end of may 06. Making tally to 210 nos. Apart from this group harbors Ambitions plan of adding 100 more machines within a short while which will make total nos. of machines to 310 and the group as largest and producer of socks in country.

PACKAGING

Tusaldah Limited (Formerly known as High Street Filatex Limited) is capable of doing any sort of packing whether it is a single pair pack or a trio pack, Tag are stitched with Japanese machines or manually gunned from imported tagging machines. The final packing is done as per the customer requirement in blister packing then put into the master cartoons. The master cartoons are sealed with plastic straps from automatic strapping machines avoiding any use of any metals.
